Kenosha Insurance

Gave them two stars and half star for effort but they had me at over paying for cheap insurance for ever crazy how i got quote from different insurance after my original insurance canceled policies state wide it was like hint from heaven they tried to give me quote thru another cheap insurance company do not recommend over price I pay way less for insurance now and good company well heard of before you come here just look around . Not good insurance companies.

Traveling back home to South Carolina from New Berlin Wisconsin, my wife and I stopped at Kenosha E-Bikes in Kenosha Wisconsin to look at Lectric E-Bikes. They had a lot of models on the floor to look at and test ride. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, they explained each bike’s specifications to us, to help us decide which model was right for our needs. Test rode the one we liked, and purchased it before leaving. Would definitely purchase again from this store in the future, and recommend this business to anyone looking to purchase a Lectric E-Bike brand. We purchased the XP4 -750 Step Thru in Tempest Gray.

Purchased a lectric 2.0 yesterday for my wife. Oliver was awesome to work with. Test drove the bikes and we loved them. I would have purchased my 3.0 , but unfortunately not in stock. Well worth the 2 hour drive

New Kenosha resident. Went in 6 months ago looking to start policy. I remember specifically the front desk girl was not pleasant at all but I tried to not pay any mind and continued getting insurance. Fast forward to now- time for renewal AND ADD ON. Went in with all intentions of keeping my policies there. But Same individual, same RUDE attitude, I cancelled everything! The teenage boy sweeping the rugs was waaaay more pleasant than her!!! He's actually the one who greeted upon entering. Shame these young people working at semi professional places have no people or communication skills that cause a business to lose business.

I own a towing company and we deal with a lot of insurance claims. A lot of the times, it can be tricky dealing with some of them. Long waits for callbacks, no callbacks at all, unable to inquire about payments, etc .. not with these guys. Gustavo & Hannah were great! Gustavo handled the claim from start to finish, texted with updates throughout the process, and made my job a LOT easier! Hannah was so great regarding the payment process and always was touching base via email and text message. Good people all around from my experience! Wish all insurance companies were this easy to deal with! 5 stars!!!
