Kenneth Jr has been awesome to work with since getting our newest vehicle! He has explained everything so well with the policy changes, that we upgraded coverage. He's gone above and beyond to make sure we had the correct app and that it was set up and working properly. He's made himself available with all of my questions over the last few months.
