Yessenia was very helpful in helping me through an issue with our replacement cards. Their system was down and it was Saturday right before closing time! She contacted the main office to get copies for us!! She was very patient and kind and went above and beyond for me!!

From the moment he picked up the phone, he was patient, kind, and incredibly helpful. He walked me through the process of paying my insurance over the phone, answered all of my questions about my coverage in a way that was easy to understand, and even took the time to explain State Farm’s pet insurance options—which I didn’t even know they offered! Alex made what could have been a stressful call feel smooth and easy. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only knowledgeable, but also genuinely cares about providing great service.
