Ken Leone - State Farm Insurance Agent

I am a car salesman and with my company we call to get our clients insured before they leave with the vehicle to prevent any type of conflict in the future. I tried calling over a dozen times, left a voicemail many times and no one answers the phone. Very unprofessional and I have never had this kind of interaction with any other insurance agents and companies.

I'm surprised by the good reviews. My business with State Farm in Wellsboro has been nothing but exhausting. Over the course of 3.5 years with this office, I had to follow up with my correspondence and phone calls to them repeatedly. The phone always goes unanswered and there is never a return call. Emails, same song and dance, they just go unanswered. I stopped into the office a few days ago for business with a specific person. The fella that runs the place was completely rude and walked away from me because I wanted to wait for the specific person to be free as opposed to working with him. Fella just mumbled under his breath, turned his back on me and walked away. There are quite a few options for insurers in Wellsboro, all of which were cheaper monthly/yearly for my very typical home &

I've had State Farm through Wellsboro's office since 2006 when I bought my first car. I have had only good, positive experiences with everyone I've worked with. They were so helpful even while I was in Virginia for four years, and have since moved twice. I choose to keep my business through the Wellsboro office although I now live in Lancaster county. Very helpful folks!

I've been a State Farm client for longer than I could drive. Everyone in here is so nice, I honestly feel like they're a second family. 10/10 the reason I have recommended other people get State Farm coverage is because of everyone in this office.

The ONLY insurance company i could find that even knew how to process/insure my antique daily driver. 10/10 service as well definatly do reccomend. And my policy isnt very expensive either
