Ken Graham - State Farm Insurance Agent

I am writing to strongly discourage anyone from using Ken Graham and his son as their State Farm agents. This agency does not follow through, make needed and requested changes to polices, and fails to inform their customes of state farm and state policy program changes. We have had recurring and unacceptable issues with their office for a few years now and yet we have been patient to a fault with them.Waiting for them to 'do better' as they continually promised us to no avail. State Farm changed its policy and no longer had an 'away college program' AFTER I already established with Ken's son that that was what we were going to do with our daughter's vehicle when she was out of state in college and something that we initiated with this agency for her in August when she left for school.
