Amazing customer service! I came in looking for Kayla (who was working from home), and Leyla stepped right in, helped me connect with her, and got everything started smoothly. When the DMV gave me a hard time and I came back frustrated, Leyla was patient, understanding, and incredibly helpful. Kayla and Leyla are both amazing—professional, kind, and truly caring. Highly recommend this State Farm office!

Life gets away from you sometimes. And I called my agent today with my guard up and negativity on my mind. But Kayla didn’t even give me a chance to spew one bad thing. Once transferred from the automated service to her (live rep) she explained that she had to ask me questions that I’ve already answered. She explained the new billing system and what arrangements can be made. It was like, she read my mind and quite honestly my heart. She provided me with comfort that I didn’t even know I needed. True customer service. True empathy, professionalism with a sense of humor and an ANNIVERSARY coming up!!!! Ok, ok, I’m done. Unless y’all want me to tell y’all more! Kayla, you are incredible, thank you.

Darren is truly one of a kind. He doesn’t just “do insurance” he takes care of people. Every time I’ve needed help, he’s patient, thorough, and actually takes the time to explain things in a way that makes sense. He never rushes you, never makes you feel like a number, and you can genuinely feel how much he cares about making sure you’re protected and confident in your decisions. Where do I start with the exceptional customer service Lindsey at State farm provided she made the process very easy she was very patient and kind towards me and showed excellent service from the beginning to the end.
