Ken Crowder - State Farm Insurance Agent

I am writing to specifically highlight Charmaine at Ken Crowder's office. She is the only person I have interacted with to handle my insurance and she is a joy to work with. Every time I call she is very pleasant and handles all my inquires quickly and efficiently. Mr. Crowder is very lucky to have her!

I am posting to sing the praises of Nicole Rivera. About 2 weeks ago I received some mail from State Farm. It broke down my homeowners insurance (already with State Farm) and car insurance (was with Nationwide since 1976) as a bundle if I switched my car insurance and showed me how much money I could save. I read the materials and put them aside. Nicole called me Sept. 2 to follow up and see if I had any questions. We talked for a few minutes and she gave me lots of information and answered my questions. I told her I would decide what I wanted to do and call her back Sept. 3. I thought about it overnight and compared my current polices with what she sent me . I called her today and made the car insurance change and bundled it with my homeowners insurance. They're lucky I can't give a 0 star review, I called and as soon as I said I needed a quote the lady who answered said one moment and hung up. I tried calling back and then they put me on hold and when I tried saying something (my mother is a manager for a call center so I'm aware they could hear me) and then they hung up the line on hold. Terrible service off that alone i wont go through them.

Love going with the very warm staff. Enjoyed doing business there.
