Worst insurance company ever! If i could give minus stars, I would!! There was a "billing error" EVERY single year i had them as my insurance company. I would be notified in December of an issue from the prior January. It took a year for them to find the billing issue. My bank statements said different!! My payments were made every single month and on time. I now have insurance through AAA. Not only am I paying $100 less a month, my coverage amounts were doubled too!! Beware of Kemper!!!

I wish I would have read these reviews before going to them as my insurance. It honestly explains so much as to what I dealt with over the phone with kemper/freeway insurance. Both of them are horrible. I tried to cancel my policy and pretty much got the run around for 3 hours because I decided to do my insurance online when I signed up. In this day and age, I figured that's normal to sign up online for insurance but apparently kemper and freeway insurance have issues in their system if you do it that way. 40-45 minutes each call trying to get it resolved. Kemper sending you to freeway. Freeway people hardly understanding as english isn't there first language. Advised of callbacks but never returned by agent alfredo from freeway. I get the worst person from kemper ever. You better testing

Stay away from this insurance company. I have full coverage on my car, and now they're trying to blame me for the damage to my car, which was parked on the street. They don't care. I took my car to one of their repair shops, and one of the employees told me I should switch insurance companies to avoid problems like the ones I'm currently having with Kemper. I deeply regret choosing Kemper.

Disabled army veteran who is absolutely disgusted with this service. I told them 1000 times to please change my pay date at the beginning of the month . Instead they said they cannot change the due date. That it Must stay in the middle of the month! Stay away from these people. I keep having to call and stop them from randomly canceling my insurance when I am literally paying for it but need the date changed to earlier in the month.

Do not get this insurance. It’s a complete scam. They will deny your claims, twist the situation to blame you, and even have agents call you with threats to drop your claim, saying they have “proof” and could take you to court. Reaching them is nearly impossible they’re never available in the office. Just look them up you’ll find nothing but negative reviews. And as for Nelso Ponce, one of their agents for someone who claims to have 20 years of experience, you would expect at least some level of professionalism. Instead, he is arrogant, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional in how he speaks to customers.
