I've been with this Allstate agency a long time, actually they've been with me a long time. They always have time to explain the process or coverage, they don't take a message and promise to call later, at least for my questions, and the people I have spoken to over the years have always been knowledgeable and professional. Update: K Neubauer is the agent now, and he has assembled a quality crew. I had a concern, I got with the agency, Joe S. got it done and I am still a Neubauer customer.

Came here for home insurance, the young lady rite off the back said they had high rates & was better off with my current agency. Didn’t mind looking at all left within 5 min . Hire people who is willing to try work with customers not just walked them out .
