Every 6 months they are raising my car insurance. I tried to contact the manager, he never returned the call. You cannot deal directly with the Nationwide company. They do not call you to notify you of any discount or increase, although the CEO itself announces it when you call but they do not do so. I have had this insurance company since 2016 until today and they have never reduced it due to age, they sell you term life insurance without letting you know.For the pandemic they only gave me $30 refund of my policy.
