I have been a State Farm policy holder since I began driving 27 years ago. The only Agent I ever knew recently retired and Ms. Brown Barret and her staff kindly welcomed my family with open arms. I recently needed some assistance with my policy so I contacted the office and was greeted by Tonya, not only was she helpful to myself but she was also receiving and replying to phone calls from my mother as well. She didn’t skip a beat and basically held a conference call without ever being on a conference call. Every conversation that we had she was upbeat, charming, and ambitious.
