I honestly wish I could give this place 0 stars, just want to give fair warning to anyone trying to file taxes here this is the most unprofessional woman Mariyam who does not communicate neither does her team. We've been her client for 3+ years and the first 3 years were fine, this last year has been absolutely horrendous even trying to get her on the phone. Haven't had a single response since the beginning of this year to file taxes let alone an extension. Leaving a review so nobody else has to go through this hassle. DO NOT USE!

Called to get a quote for business insurance. The person who answered the phone hung up the phone after about five seconds of me and called back explaining what I needed. Waited a while and called back, same lady picked up, when I asked if they provided business insurance or not, she said we do but my boss it’s not here. So apparently, if the person in charge is not there, they just hang up on you, got it.

I really love how the ladies welcome you when you arrive in side the Office. The always ask you if you need something to drink. Also Sonia the tax Prep is always a Sweet heart. I have been going to do my taxes for over 4 years at the Multi Services. she always tries to help you in every way she can. He makes it easy on you. I recommend you to this place. Please go and ask for Sonia and see what a great personality she has and how everyone Welcomes you inn .. You feel just like at your own home.

The Customer service here is totally awesome Jessica the kind lady that helped me found the best insurance rate for me. But that’s not all that they do They as well do commercial insurance Taxes and Notary. 10/10 would recommend! :)

I got myself a very good income tax refund through them. I was looking for a good company in Katy and my friend recommended me this place. The ladies there helped me so much to get maximum refund. Also they provide insurance too.
