I would give a 0 if I could. This was the worst first experience I've ever had. I simple called to get information and the woman who answered the phone has a nasty attitude, didn't introduce herself and was very unprofessional. If you don't like your job maybe you should quit if I was the owner she would not be the voice of my company

As of now, there are not any problems. I'm going to keep it neutral. It's too early to tell. So far, so good! 👍 Update: As of 4/6/2023, We haven't had any problems with Katy Insurance. Our agent is very good. I'll keep you posted! Update: 9/20/2023 We are no longer with Katy Insurance. Nothing went wrong they just weren't able to find us the best insurance rate at the time. If I need to in the future, I will go back.

Everyone was so helpful with Katy Insurance. The staff answered all of my questions and guided me through my process on filling out my Insurance application and explained how long it takes until I receive my policy via email.

Best agency in Katy. I've never had a better experience.
