My son wasn't 'listed' on my State Farm Insurance plan, and it was 'after hours' on a Friday evening.. Katie, who was at home recovering from surgery, answered my phone call after two rings, and logged on to her laptop to help me get a valid insurance document in a few minutes so that my son could purchase the vehicle!!! I am 58 years old, and have been a loyal State Farm customer since I was 16 years old with my first car!
