We had been looking for an insurance that better suited our needs. We have 3 kids and our last one just turned 18. Our previous insurance skyrocketed in price as he turned 18 and we were not happy. Katie helped us transition from our other insurance and we save a bundle! We are so grateful for her attentiveness to all that we needed and was so friendly and responsive.

I want to take this moment and commend Katie and Wendy from Katie Oden agency in Shakopee Minn. I opened a claim on June 19 2025. After numerous delays and lack of communication from claims they worked with me to resolve this. I was never so disappointed the way claims handle this. By working on this with me it was finally resolved on November 8th. I was ready to cancel my insurance with State Farm, but their working with me restored my confidence in State Farm.
