Mark was a recommendation from my parents and since joining in 2020 me and my parents have both left his agency. It wasn't until my one year review that I learned I was paying for a lot of coverage that I didn't need. I then had a major roof leak and reached out to Mark, his assistant naturally directed me to claims without giving me a chance to talk to Mark. This ended up hurting me because I filed a claim not realizing my deductible was higher than what the damage would be. I also learned that amfam would barely covering anything....thanks Mark. For all others looking, people like Mark do not add any value - do yourself a favor and go online and find the cheapest quote and coverage you need. No need for an agent that isn't ever there except for when you are trying to leave.

We have used Mark for over 10 years and found out he was additionally licensed in other states after we moved and still use him. He gave us discounts other agents didn't tell us about. He takes time to review policies yearly and the nicest person you would ever want to work with - highly recommend!
