During my recent insurance review, Paula Bollman went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything and that my coverage truly fit my needs. She took the time to carefully walk me through each detail, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed. It’s rare these days to feel genuinely cared for in customer service, but that’s exactly how Paula made me feel. This level of personal attention is why I’ve stayed with State Farm for so long. Christian Dash at Katie Bennett's office has been extremely helpful!! He talked me through all of the steps of adding our teens onto our account and shared numerous different programs they could participate in to help us get a discount. He called to follow-up and was always quickly available when we had questions. We appreciate the great service!
