My experience with EVERYONE at Kathy’s has been so great! My mom has been with them for years and has spoken so highly when it was time to set up car and renters insurance on my own so I knew I would def get a quote from them as well as getting quotes from other insurance providers. After speaking with other agents at other providers I was so pleased with Valarie’s service there was no question who I would set up my policy with! Every question I had was answered clearly. Also, being relatively new to getting insurance set up I had questions that I felt like maybe stupid to ask, but Valerie never made me feel like I was asking a dumb question (that wasn’t the case for other insurance companies) and made sure that I understood my policy clearly and fully. I am currently writing this review for my mother! My mother’s house recently flooded, and I can’t say enough about the support we’ve received from Kathy Thurmond-Edwards’ office. Valerie and Amber, our agents, have been incredibly helpful throughout the process of filing a claim. They’ve guided us step by step, answered every question, and most importantly, have been patient during a very stressful time. Their professionalism and kindness made a difficult situation much easier to handle. I’m very grateful for their support and highly recommend this team for anyone needing home insurance.

I don’t know where to start all I can say is that there isn’t a situation where Amber and Valerie aren’t immediately on top of it!!
