State Farm Insurance has been outstanding. Each time I call, their personnel have been incredibly kind, courteous, professional, helpful, and so pleasant to work with. They always go the extra miles, literally, to achieve what I have needed or desired. They also handle insurance claims extremely well. Not one bad experience with them in the last few years. Thank you to their entire team for their excellent customer services!!!!

Kathy at State Farm and her team are great! They always call me for payment reminders or even when my policy is coming up for renewal. They are always a phone call away when I need them. I used to hate calling my previous insurance company but they make it so easy to talk to and take the time to review my policy.

Susie from Kathy's office at State Farm was so wonderful and helpful. We had a unique moving situation and she answered all of our questions. Susie was kind, patient, and warm. She was very prompt at getting back to use with information. We were in a stressful (and timely) situation but her assistance helped greatly.
