had a very disappointing experience with Karla, a State Farm agent at this office. She started an argument with my mother in Spanish instead of helping her. All required paperwork had already been returned to add someone to the account, yet Karla refused to assist and began blaming a former employee rather than taking responsibility as part of the office. Because of this lack of help, we ended up paying more during the holidays. Karla stated she would not help because it “was not her error,” even though it was clearly an office issue, not the customer’s. Her attitude toward my parents was extremely disrespectful—she repeatedly spoke over them and treated them as if they didn’t understand simply because they are Spanish speakers. She appeared comfortable speaking to my parents in a condesce

Karla is exceptional! She's fixed problems before they occurred, carefully explained the options and implications, and is generally on top of everything. Everyone else I've talked to has been professional and practically gone out of their way to be helpful. Great office!
