This place is great. The employees are always so busy , but take the time out to ask how your day is and get you concerns handled. They even have a super sweet dog their named Moe. I know insurance gets a bad rap now adays but this place is amazing they do so much more than just calling the 1800 number. Will always recommend them and their services

I have had state farm for years and I love their policies, usually. This particular office is horrible with communication, costing me way more than I should have to pay. The cost for me now is over $400. It's like they deliberately don't tell you everything so when your next bill comes, you have astronomical fees again. Sad to say, Ive been with state farm for so very long, but it's time to say goodbye.

I have used this office for all of my insurance needs for several years now. Recently I contacted the office to add a new motorcycle to the policy and Jacki went above and beyond to make sure all of my needs were met. She explained everything thoroughly and answered ALL of my questions. While I had her on the phone I asked about my home's policy, she then sent a detailed email with my options and explained the pros and cons of each option. What I appreciate most is the outstanding customer service Jacki provided and how she made the entire experience so easy on my part. I am so grateful to have this great team of professionals to work with and I feel confident that all of my insurance needs are met.
