From the time Ms. Charlotte answered the phone I knew the professionalism and compassion as she took my information was the way an insurance group should handle clients! I absolutely would recommend Matt Dugas with Kastner Insurance group as he called back and had the information I needed to choose the best insurance policy for my needs.

I have always had such a great experience with Kastner Insurance, especially with Nadie who's always on top of her game. She is always looking out for my best interests when it comes to my policy. I can't say enough good things about her and this agency. Would give them 5+ stars if I could.

They were great at the beginning but went downhill recently for some reason. Went under contract for a house and needed to pull a quote for insurance and they took over a week to get back to me. And time is everything when buying a house so this wasn't acceptable. And then when I did a quote to change my existing policy to a vacant home policy so I could list my house for sale I went 7 days with no response so finally just changed to another local broker. I don't know if they just need more staff or just don't care to keep up with existing customers but a week seems to be enough time to wait so I know I am not just being impatient.
