They are so great to take the one-on-one time to make sure the right insurance is achieved. I’ve been there several times and the staff is warm, professional , and knowledgeable.

I signed myself and my family up for health insurance through marketplace for 2024. I went into my marketplace account on 1/2/24 and everything was set up, paid for, and correct. I checked back on my account on 1/5/24 and SOMEONE from the Kassouf Agency went into my account WITHOUT my permission or consent and terminated my current plan and signed me up for a plan that I did NOT want that had a later coverage start date than what I initially signed myself up for, all so they could get the commission that they wanted. The audacity to go into my account without permission, just because I used them the previous year, and change my coverage to something I never wanted is absolutely unacceptable. Nothing about that is honest, moral, or okay. Now my whole account is messed up and there’s no tell

You can trust this place to give you the best Service in town I have a brother that is disabled and we went to them to get him insurance because he retired he was going into retirement and his medicaid was going to drop drop but When we check into it a year later he informed us that we had paid a year when medicare should have took care of you and my brother was unaware because He has little education this man found his Text paper from where he paid a Year and not used Without his leave leave it to Galax they did forgot it my brother wouldn't found the insurance and they would have come after him for 10000 something dollars so they are out for your good and work hard to do the best I can't point you They have went above and beyond what I would have expected and Helped my brother Like no O
