I’ve had a great experience working with Sean Fitzpatrick at Karl’s office. He is extremely knowledgeable, transparent, and never pushy, which made the entire process feel easy and trustworthy. He truly takes the time to understand your needs and finds the best coverage to fit them. I initially reached out for business insurance, but after such a positive experience, I’ve since switched my home and auto policies and purchased additional coverage through him as well. He’s trustworthy, responsive, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

I worked with Andy on a new auto policy this morning. Not only was I also to increase my liability protection, I was also able to decrease my deductibles all while lowering my monthly premiums by 40% over my USAA policy. Andy was incredibly kind and worked with me on all of my concerns. I wish I had switched years ago.

I am new to the US and also was doing my first policy for a Commercial Auto, and I was getting quotes that were going to over double my monthly insurance expenses. Spoke to Andy Crandall and he was exceptionally helpful. He took a lot of time to make sure I had the coverages I wanted and actually needed, and was very transparent and fast to answer any questions I had and was pleasant and even funny. The best part is that he got me a commercial policy, replaced auto insurance policies on my other 2 vehicles and my renters policy, and added a umbrella policy, coming in just a little more a month than what I was paying before. Saved about $3k MINIMUM a year over all the other quotes I had.
