Moved to GA and Brittany helped with my insurance transfer from DE. She even helped me cancel a policy that should have been canceled on an RV that I no longer owned and I hadn't realized I was still paying for it. State Farm had paid out my claim on the RV that had caught fire and I thought that with that claim, my policy was canceled. I have a new RV and that policy was transferred along with my 2 auto policies. Yes prices are higher in GA, but that's not the agent's fault.

I moved recently and couldn't get an affordable rate through State Farm in my new state. It's not their fault though. My driving record isn't exactly the best. I had to switch to a different provider. But that doesn't change how I feel about State Farm w/Karen and Brittany. They always tried their level best to give me the best deals, even if it wasn't with them. Not to mention all the times I needed to call on the benefits and how helpful and accommodating they are. If you're in SOWEGA, the Albany area, you def gotta consider this State Farm representative for your insurance needs. They couldn't let you down if they wanted to.
