They were great when it was Rizzo but since they were acquired the service has seriously suffered. I had called several times regarding my auto policy - I was assured it would be "shopped around" to get me the best quote possible. The best they were able to give me was $1,000 more than a competitor gave me for a 6-month policy. That is $2,000 more annually. Make that make sense.

The worst insurance I’ve ever had and the worst customer service I’ve ever had. They charged me twice after changing my car insurance and when I called them, they start hungin up the phone on me so they don’t have to deal with the issue. I asked for a manager and even that one didn’t know what to do. They said we will give you an email. My new insurance had already sent them a request with a date and everything and yet they charged me twice. I’ll be going in person to get my money back or they’ll have to deal with the court summon. They can pick and choose. I’d highly suggest to NOT choose this insurance company. Auch a rip off and such bad customer service.

Rizzo insurance cannot be beat. Their prices are by far the cheapest and the staff are very helpful and genuine. Paul even called me himself to answer a few questions I had. When does the owner ever call a customer?! D is awesome as well. She was so patient with me as I called and emailed with questions and concerns. I’m looking forward to having them as my insurance carrier for years to come.

I heard an ad on the radio regarding Rizzo Insurance in Revere MA. In 2021, I became very distraught with my long time insurance provider. I was rear-ended at a red light and the perpetrator was also insured with my insurance company. They kept me waiting several months because they said they were doing an investigation for a rear-end collision. So my response was to take my business elsewhere when my case was completed.
