I have known Kamran since 2008 through another employer…I always loved watching him help customers. His ability to understand customers and help them through challenges taught me a lot about how to treat people that I still use today. I switched to St Farm specifically for help with my business needs… I have had a few issues(on my end) he is very understanding and helpful walking me through the processes and he always follows up to make sure I am taken care of and the issue is resolved.

My auto (rideshare), renter's and term life policies have been handled by Mr. Vakil and his staff since about February of 2018. I remain completely satisfied with the service at the agency. They promptly respond to my questions via e-mail, and make sure I'm advised of changes in my coverage. Kamran is a family man with community ties and experience as a businessman. Thus far, I have been fortunate enough to not file a claim, and - although I hope to never require these services - I would without hesitation recommend his staff to my friends and family.
