I worked with Carrie (account Representative) at State Farm with Kami Reid. Carrie was so nice and helpful. I was shopping around for insurance, because my premium just kept going up. I did a quote online and within an hour Carrie contacted me to help me with questions that I had and helped me to purchase my new insurance. Not only did I get a great rate with great coverage, but Carrie was the so helpful and nice throughout the whole process.

I called to just inquire on insurance- I was paying a lot and just couldn’t afford it, Carrie was amazing listen to me needs of what I wanted! Even tho I am paying a little more with my home insurance my car insurance went down a lot so in the end it’s still cheap and for wayyyy better coverage!!! Very kind, very helpful, and she took care of everything! I highly recommend!!!

Called Carrie to add an additional car I had purchased. Didn't take her long at all to collect the information she needed to get me on my way. She e-mailed the proof of insurance cards in short order and I was able to return to Chetek fully insured.
