I have sent business to this agency for years. I'm a mortgage banker. I even used them for my own home and auto policy. The person who wrote the policy 4 years ago is no longer with the company and come to find out didn't have me on the policy at all just my mother. So an accident occurs in a brand new $30k car. The estimate is $3300. Well I had to email my social/DOB and my mother's. Well they have no record of the previous employees email. So now because of their clerical error 4 years ago I'm paying $3300 in cash to pay the claim because Allstate says Kalka screwed up the paperwork and Kalka will not own up. Keep in mind everyone in that area buying a new home I give Kalka as a referral. Never again ever. I will also make sure that word is spread throughout Cushing, Chandler, Stroud, M
