I called requesting an auto insurance quote, I spoke with Samantha and then Crystal. Both of these ladies went out of their way to make sure they got all of my information correctly so the quoting process was seamless. My insurance is up for renewal in early January, so once my husband and I can review our renewal to the new quote we will make a decision. I must say that the customer service skills these two ladies have are some of the best we have experienced in a while. This alone is enough to help me make our decision.
