One of the best factors of a local insurance agency is the personal service that the customer receives when writing the policy, but more importantly when the customer needs assistance when any action is needed. This is especially when there is a claim. The Palmer Agency has been very helpful.

Long time customer of K Palmer. Recently had some rates change by one of the providers and asked them to shop around our policies to see what else was out there. They were able to find comparable coverage from another provider in their toolbox and save us a couple hundred dollars on our home and auto coverage!!!

Callbacks are timely and I appreciate each and everyone working hard to get me the best price. I have referred family here for that reason. Keep up the good work and if someone has the opportunity to save please let them know that. Times are changing right now and I think people are trying to cut costs and save where they can. Great insurance agency! The folks here really care about getting you the right insurance for your needs and take the time to go over all the options and explain everything very clearly. If I ever need to speak with an agent on the phone, I get one right away and they always have the answers to my questions. Very competent and professional!
