Karissa and Tehra are absolute rockstars. I called over with the most random request and they took time out of their busy day to assist me. If I lived anywhere within the beautiful state of Colorado, I would be looking for this kind of caring customer service. 5 stars to them!

Holly from Justin's office is amazing. Several months ago, I asked for information regarding a home in the Buena Vista area. Holly gave me the information I requested very quickly. Today, several months later I receive an email asking about the progress of obtaining the home. Very nice to have someone "on top" of my situation and caring enough to reach out. I have been insured by Justin’s State Farm for over 25 years After several attempts to get to get a new quote for my insurance policy to be increased, I called for the 3rd time and asked the secretary that answered the phone if I could talk to Justin. She then explained to me that her name was Jaycee and she was his wife. So I guess this is enough to not have him call me. Anyway…. long story short I was told by Justin’s wife that they have so many customers that they could not get back to me quickly. So 2 months later ,from requesting a quote, now they have one less customer to get back to.
