we switched insurance company a few years ago due to increasing rates for no reason ( never had a claim). we found a much better rate with allstate with better coverage. a couple of years later we had an unfortunate event which led us to filing a claim, our local agent was very helpful. the regional adjusters were also very helpful and informative. i did not feel like i had to spend any energy "fighting" the insurance company which was a huge plus

Allstate paid Servpro thousands of dollars to remove debris, clean, and dry a house that was still leaking with a patched roof by professionals - recently damaged. The homeowners waited 3 weeks on an adjuster. An adjuster that did not know the difference between 8 ft and 9 ft ceilings, vinyl or wood flooring, and the list goes on!!!!! Now the home is leaking again because of a patched roof by professionals and it is saturated again*>*&%!!! Three weeks waiting on an adjuster to assess the damage and the insurance company wants to know why they haven't started the roof ....maybe they are waiting on a check and an adjuster as they were informed!! So this Monday the homeowners will be on the phone again doing the insurance company's job, talking to multiple people of which none of them kn

I can’t say enough about Justin and his team. He has been there for us through so much and has always brought the best service and rates. I highly recommend!!
