Justin is a great insurance agent. He hand delivered my quote, explained the coverages to me, his prices were competitive, and he always answers the phone. Insurance is a necessary evil and Justin makes the process of acquiring coverage downright pleasant.
Justin and his support staff are always helpful and friendly. They take time to explain what your coverage entails. Thankfully we haven't had to put in a claim, but I'm sure if and when we did Justin would be right there to help us out.
