Justin Knabe - State Farm Insurance Agent

Justin was a great agent for many years. Until he dropped the ball completely. We informed him of our move 90 days in advance and followed up multiple times with spotty communication. He emailed me at 7pm 3 days AFTER we moved in to tell us that they could not cover our new home. Find another state farm agent, in fact, find another insurer.

I've been with State Farm a VERY LONG time. I've never had issues with submitting claims, receiving help, etc. Justin is a newer agent in our State Farm journey, but a good one. BUT first impressions are EVERYTHING! And Tami, his office assistant, is a huge asset as far as I'm concerned. She's become to feel like a friend...like a "let's do lunch, pal" as she has been so friendly, so knowledgeable, and a warrior when I've needed assistance with an out of state office. I know when I need anything from her she will do her very best to make sure I'm happy at the resolution. I love this office and if you want a good agent and great customer care then this is your place to call! Thanks!

Tami, is the rudest office manger I have ever spoken with. She answers the phone without acknowledging she knows who is calling. She has absolutely no customer service qualities!! I will definitely NOT recommend this office to anyone. I have dealt with Justin in the past and I have had this policy for MANY years. Again, poor staff!!!!!

I recently had an accident that left my vehicle totaled. The experience was traumatic to say the least, but Justin and Tami were so kind and helpful during the entire process. The made the process completely painless and stress-free and I cannot thank them enough for their assistance. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for car insurance.

The worst agent ever. He argued with me and refused to give me the documents I requested and told me that the a Minnesota State Board of Cosmetology was wrong for asking for a certificate of insurance and repeatedly gave me a declaration, so I had find a different insurance agency that did give me a certificate of insurance. He also didn’t cancel my renter’s insurance since I was no longer renting and instead transferred it to my new residential address after already telling him to cancel it. Only when I got charged for renter’s insurance on my new address and brought it to his attention AGAIN did he finally cancel it.
