We are beyond happy with our insurance company and with Jon! When our daughter had a wreck he was the first one to call and inform us on our towing package! Great place! Great guys!

Jonathan is the Best there !!! I have my life , Auto, and homeowners there and they are the best company to deal with!! I am very happy and I want to tell the world go to State Farm in Randleman , NC and see Jonathan !!!!!!!!!

Employees good, insurance prices could be better. Slow down on ads that are overwhelming in payoffs.

I am extremely disappointed with Justin kivett and his staff at State Farm in Randleman. I had an issue with my homeowners policy every year since 2020. Each year they said they would correct the problem but never did. This year I tried to contact that clown Justin Kivett but he would never returned my calls to him nor would he respond to my emails. I knew it was time to transfer my insurance to another State Farm agent. I had this approved through corporate office and I'm so glad that I'm through with these clowns at Justin Kivett State Farm in Randleman. I want people to be aware of the issues that I've had with these people and to consider getting your insurance needs with another State Farm agent. There are plenty of agents around this area.

01/22/25 128 days people!!! We are on our third claims adjuster and they still can’t cut a check for the remainder of the balance. They didn’t send out their own person to get an estimate originally, they said, we will use our preferred vendor’s numbers. And, they have been arguing ever since. Never mind we are down a bedroom and a bathroom and our home is packed up into the bedrooms we can use. We can’t walk around the master bed, just over it and our daughter’s room has the bathroom vanity sitting in the middle of it FOR FOUR MONTHS!!!! 12/29/24 Just imagine having a commode cause water damage due to a water supply line, much just the mere cleanup of is enough. But, imagine it happens mid Sept. and here you are on Dec. 29th, STILL waiting on State Farm to hash out the #’s with the
