Justin Evans: Allstate Insurance

Allstate is the worst carrier ever. Cancelled me with multiple cars after 20 years and no claims because I did not receive a questionnaire.

So far I like Allstate insurance it’s working fine for me.

September is the best agent in the office. She has taken care of both of my kids since they started driving even when my son had multiple accidents and caused a fire at our home she kept our insurance in place. We have had her and Allstate for our insurance for 25 years. She deals with my disabled son so well on the phone.

If I could rate them less than 1, I would. From the moment I went into this office after signing up on-line the changes made to my account by Thane have cost me dearly. From putting my mother’s email as my email, to processing a $400 payment without my authorization. To not processing the repairs from hitting a raccoon, to charging two $600 deductibles for the same repairs. This company IS AWFUL. I have never had any problems with any other insurance agent or company. Save yourself. You are only going to experience nightmare service from this office.

I would like to thank my Allstate representative Katie. She’s very professional and knowledgeable about the services that this company has to offer. She made us feel like family. I’m so glad that she is my representative. I would refer anyone who’s looking for insurance to Allstate and Katie.
