I was in a car accident at the end of December. Right after the accident I decided to drive straight to State Farm and let them know what just happened (since Rockford police wouldn't come out to make a report) I wanted to make sure I made my insurance aware of this. Stephanie was the one that helped me out and when I say helped me out, I mean she went above and beyond!! Switching over to State farm with Julie's office was painless. Stephanie worked with me to get multiple vehicles and the house onto my policy and for a much lower rate than what I had with Allstate. Also got some better coverage options without having to pay more than what I was. Amelia was great at getting me connected and getting me the documents I needed.
