Julie and her team are just amazing. The care they take in matching their services to an individual’s needs is much more than great customer service. The whole team takes time to get to know each client and goes above just the basic conversation and selling of insurance. This week alone I met with Julie for my annual insurance policy review and happened to mention that I missed the ‘deadline’ to file a claim. I didn’t and Julie walked me through the whole process on my phone using the SF app. Within two days, I had an estimated for repairs, an appointment to get the work done, & a rental car all reserved. Amazing! Julie and her team are just chef’s kiss!

I have been with State Farm for many years, and Julie and her team are the best, hands down! Anytime I call with a question or concern, they go above and beyond to provide guidance and support. Monsy has been my main point of contact and shes absolutely amazing! She’s responsive, patient, and personable, and makes you feel like you’re not just another file on her desk. She always keeps me informed and takes the time to explain things clearly. She definitely helps calm my nerves during tough conversations about an auto accident or making sure the right life insurance is in place. Definitely recommend this office without hesitation.
