Julie Jakubek: Allstate Insurance

Allstate has great service, they replace my windshield free of charge every time I have a chip on it. The customer service is great! You don't have to wait too long to get someone on the phone. The agents are knowledgable and supportive. Overall it's a great service for a reasonable price much better than any car insurance company.

Have found my agent Julie Jakubek to be prompt, responsive, and personal with very high ethical standards. There have been several instances where she has reached out knowing that we might need a policy change, which has been very helpful to us. And best part is, I get the backing of a tried and true company while supporting a member of my community, as she owns this business.

I have known Julie and her team for many years, they were my parents insurance agents! She is amazingly good and helpful, she has referred me to others whose services I needed and I am still with them as well. You cant go wrong here.

Julie and her staff have always been very helpful whenever I have had a claim. They also assisted me with general questions not associated with the insurance. If Allstate auto insurance premium were close to the same cost, I would have continued with Allstate but the rates were more than double the new companies rate.
