My rep Krystal was hands down the most patience and informative rep you can get. She was thorough and super kind the entire time. She made me feel like no question is a dumb question. Not only that but the price that was given was outrageous compared to any competitor. State Farm all the way and thank you to State Farm for hiring reps like Krystal !

Krystal is the best agent. She understands what you want out of your insurance policy makes that policy for you. She does an excellent job of explaining the fine print with insurance so you fully understand what you are paying for and what it covered.

The only reason I am giving 5 starts is because of Krystal, she has been so kind and helped me with anything and everything. I used statefarm for car insurance but something happened and I canceled my auto policy with them, she felt bad for what was happening even though it was out of her control and she brought me a gift for my baby. I still have life insurance through them and she still is nothing hut kind. If you ever have to go through Julie Franks office ask for Krystal.
