I’ve been a loyal customer to this insurance company for years, which makes this experience especially disappointing. I’ve called multiple times for assistance and no one ever answers the phone. A simple callback would go a long way, especially since I have a very busy schedule and limited time to keep calling. Because I couldn’t reach anyone, I was forced to make changes online, which ended up affecting my insurance coverage. This situation could have been avoided with proper communication and customer support. Loyalty should matter, and at the very least, customers deserve timely responses and follow-up.

I’m beyond disappointed with this company , after almost a decade of having my insurance policy with them I called to canceled February 9,2026 ! Yesterday I am still receiving billing notices for March ! This is absurd ! Unfortunately they don’t open on the weekends! I called customer service and looks like Mary didn’t not process my cancellation which I did through the phone on February 9.

Appreciate the patience and quick service once my call in answered. I have better luck when I email for requests for a call back to make updates to my policy!

StateFarm staff is very helpful and cordial, until a problem arises. As per my personal experience, the lack of efficiency and effort to resolve and or fix their mistakes needs improvement.

Letzy Betancourt was very knowledgeable and friendly. She answered all of my questions and was very helpful when assisting me with questions that I had!
