I urgently needed a letter of experience from State Farm and Nerieda Escobedo couldn’t help me at all. She kept dropping the call and when I would call again she would pretend to not be available, and act like she couldn’t hear on my end. I could still hear the background but fairly hear it drop. Horrible customer service.
Mariah Pena helped me out with my insurance and made the experience great. I lost her signal in the middle of the call and she called me back. She was patient and courteous. I pay less than the big companies and I got better service. Keep it up StateFarm
They never answer when you call!!!!
I’ve had State Farm for a couple of years using Drive safe and save discount. The best full coverage. No complaints
