Juanita Lanier - State Farm Insurance Agent

My family has used State Farm for all of our insurance needs for as long as I can remember. When I moved to the Washington State area, I hoped to continue my coverage. Juanita and her team have been incredibly gracious and understanding through our major life transitions (i.e., moving across the country). Everyone in her office continues to exude the values and promises that State Farm has always upheld for my family and me. Beyond “just coverage,” Juanita and her team are the kind of people who call just to make sure that you're happy! They genuinely care about your coverage and your day/week, and they are ready and able to help you be prepared for anything you might face in the future. I am incredibly grateful to know her and to continue getting to know her team.

I've been going through state Farm and using the office of Juanita Lanier for quite a while now. Hands down the best service I've ever received from a insurance company and I've gone through quite a few in my days. I recently had a total loss and they had it figured out for me in weeks not months. The customer service from this office is beyond words. But in general state Farm as a whole I highly recommend them, you won't find a insurance company that will go on above and beyond like State Farm well. I also highly recommend people check out their renters insurance and bundle it with your auto insurance as well as their Beacon which gives you a discount every month for being a safe driver. And it's not one of those ones that plugs into you your oBD2 sensor blocking the way which is nice..

Juanita is the BEST State Farm agent we have ever had! We just had our first appointment with her yesterday, and every State Farm agent should follow in her footsteps! She was professional, personable, and she took the time to explain our policies to us. She asked multiple times if we had any questions, and we really appreciated that she wanted to sit us down and explain everything to us; no State Farm agent has ever done this with us before. She really set the standard for what State Farm SHOULD be doing, and how every interaction should go! Thank you so much, Ms. Lanier! You are fantastic, and we are happy we switched to your office! I cannot recommend her enough!

Jessica helped me get a quote for renters insurance. She was kind, helpful and did a wonderful job breaking down the coverage. The world needs more customer service people like her.

This our first time having State Farm insurance and our experience here was amazing! Everyone in the office gave us a warm and inviting greeting. Angelica Islas was very nice and professional. She answered all of our questions and went above and beyond your regular sales representative. Juanita was out and we were unfortunately not able to meet her but we can tell you she left her best in charge! We would recommend to anyone!
