Cordial reception when I stopped to ask questions. I was called the following day/Friday with quotations & a follow-up email. Spoke on Monday, meeting on Tuesday and I switched auto/house/umbrella. Saving over 25% for more coverage. Happy!

I was with them for more than 20 years and never had a claim. Finally we had a claim due to our daughter getting rear ended and it was so difficult getting everything handled. Joy Insurance gave us the run around for weeks before we could get a rental vehicle. We finally were given authorization to get a rental vehicle that I paid out of pocket. I did get reimbursed for this, however the time they authorized the rental my vehicle was almost ready from the body shop. I only used the rental vehicle for 3 days and the car was in the shop for more than 2 weeks. I was also not given thorough info regarding transferring insurance to my son.
