Joy Enagbare: Allstate Insurance

I have been trying to speak with Joy for 4+ weeks and have been completely ignored and brushed off. I understand that the holidays are a busy time, but as a customer of over 10 years, this treatment is unacceptable. So far, the only helpful person was the call center rep in the window department. I have questions and it seems that the “agents” who answer the phone in Joy’s office aren’t able to answer, including why my premium has been steadily going up since at least July of last year, despite no accidents or claims.

She is a con artist, charged me fees that not supposed to be charged, because my vehicle was totaled for along period and they kept charging me insurance even when im not having a vehicle. While i was discussing over the phone with her about the charges and how to stop it, She didn’t help just kept repeating herself. Then as we are talking over phone she terminated my policy and told me now you can’t complain or ask questions because I terminated your policy “Goodbye” and you’re not our customer anymore. She reported me to a debut collection agency that ruined my credit score. So awful

I’ve been with the Joy Agency for almost 10 years and they’ve gone above and beyond my expectations. I genuinely feel that they have my best interests in mind. Joy has taken the time to find out what’s most important to me…the things that kept me up at night. She listened and put me in the best products and services to meet those needs so I came spend more time on the things that me and family enjoy.

Couldn’t be more happier with Auto Insurance!!! Joy and her team have been incredibly AWESOME, PROFESSIONAL, and WONDERFUL securing affordable insurance rates for Me and my entire Family for years!!! Would definitely recommend all drivers to drive with JOY 😎

I wouldn’t recommend this woman to anyone! She is a liar and she is extremely rude!!!!!! She takes zero accountability for her or her staff’s unprofessional practices. She doesn’t care about her clients you’re just a number to her. Save yourself time and money and find another agent!!!!
