Where do I begin. Dio was very patient and attentive to my needs. I have a new teenage driver and was so overwhelmed with the cost of insurance. Im was originally a progressive client with them for over 6 yrs. They could not work out the logistics to help with my new driver. But when I started working with Josiel he was so nice and explained everything step by step. After about 3 weeks going back and forth I was able to get a great coverage for my family.
