My experience with Joshua Carter’s Agency has been great. They are always professional and prompt. I believe they found me the best deal possible for my insurance needs.
Have been a customer for years. I had a failed payment, called the same day immediately to take care of it. They charged us a returned check fee which in turned caused me to over draft my bank account, in all a $17 rental insurance payment cost me $100. They would not even consider returning the fee. Very poor customer service. We even pay higher fees with allstate because we have higher coverage with them. Not no more, am shopping for a different insurance.
Always a fantastic experience when I need to call them for help! So professional and efficient! Also- this car insurance has been THE BEST!
Kim has been absolutely wonderful! She has helped me so much with my first time having renters insurance! Couldn’t ask for a better office to be with!
