Josh Vivian: Allstate Insurance

They got info from one of their “sources” that i drove 76k in a year, which lead to our premium going up significantly. I don’t get my car serviced. Ever. My family does everything but new tires (which hasn’t been recent). They won’t tell us who gave them the info and it makes me feel uncomfortable.

Always answered my questions followed up with paperwork very good staff to work with office right down the street from my residence have Auto and Home insurance with them.

My wife and I purchased Allstate coverage from Josh and Angie in 2016 and couldn't be more pleased. With every review, renewal and claim we become more convinced that we made the right decision. I was with State Farm for 10 years and then Progressive for 12 years, and was never really that impressed with either of them. I decided to try Josh because my brother highly recommended him, and it has been my best insurance experience by far! I love that I can call and someone who speaks English answers. My questions get answered quickly, if not immediately. Theres no error or waiting if I need to change anything... such as my address, or add a new vehicle, or take something off my policy. They are friendly, courteous, and efficient. They are also really good at explaining things clearly so I can understand what I am paying for, and not paying for any more than I really need. I have been lucky not to have had to make any claims yet... but I can update how that goes if the situation ever

I have never loved an insurance company before, but I so appreciate Josh Vivian Insurance. They are organized, friendly and efficient. We know each other on a first name basis. So glad I found them.
