He was so helpful and eager to meet my needs! I received two different quotes, which were very reasonable. I will be moving to this agency for my insurance needs!

Never talked to Mr Hart, but the ladies in the office are awesome. Have called a few times and they are always knowledgeable, helpful and very kind. I would definitely recommend this Allstate!! I have always been able to take care of everything over the phone, which is a big bonus!

Don't try those adds for better prices. Allstate is very good on price. They took off my Explorer I sold and helped me on lowering my cost taking my 25 year old grandson off my policy. He is going to go with them Friday for his car he bought. They are giving him discounts for being insured on my policy. Drop in and try them out. They insure my home and motor home also. Ms Crocker is so nice and will help you.

Will not return phone calls or emails. When you do speak to someone it’s nothing but excuses. Will be looking for a new company

I have had home insurance with Allstate through Joseph Hart for 2 years and in that time they have never returned a single phone call and have never bothered to check in with us about anything so I am currently looking for a new insurance company and insurance agent.
